It is 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday October 18, 2022. I had a phone appointment for today at 3:30 p.m. This is a phone appointment for an issue I had two weeks ago. I even made a point of telling the person who made the appointment for me to put a note on it to remind me of what I even called about! It's not okay to not have time to see a patient when they're ill at that time! It is not okay to have that patient wait two weeks for the next available phone appointment! This is why I didn't have a family doctor for years: it was so much better to go to a walk it clinic and have someone see you as a doctor is supposed to. It is now 4:30 p.m. Tuesday October 18th, 2022. One full hour from when she was supposed to call for a phone appointment for something that should have been an appointment two weeks ago.

Dr. Payne is a fantastic Doctor. Thorough, clear, and understanding. I feel so lucky to have found her for my postpartum journey. She's emotionally intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. If she doesn't know the answer to your question, she will refer you (she won't try to bluff her way through it like some other doctors would). She is absolutely wonderful.

I feel lucky to have secured Dr Payne as our family's GP a couple of years ago when she moved here from the UK. She is an excellent, informed doctor and really works with you as a patient for a collaborative experience.

Dr Kate Payne is a wonderful physician. She is kind and very approachable. She has pleth of knowledge and is always ready to help. There is often a long wait (up to 40 min or more at times). However, she is worth the wait. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the front desk staff. They barely answer the phone or take forever and are often quite abrupt, unfriendly or unhelpful.

Excellent doctor. Is experienced with senior issues. A good listener and spends time effciently by talking about multiple issues. A delight to see and always willing to help. Some front line staff could improve communication skills and but they still deserve respect from patients. Hopefully this will improve.

Dr Payne Is incredible.. thoughtful, knowledgable open minded and definitely makes you feel like your healthcare is a collaborative experience and there’s no such thing as a dumb question or bouncing theories around with her I’m so glad I found her her staff however are an absolute train wreck I have never experienced such bad office management customer service in any medical clinic in my life
