Cowardly PM doc. Been with him 4.5 years. Will NOT prescribe over 120 mme. And now I find out that he will NOT prescribe any opiates if you also need a benzo to treat your anxiety. Pick the medical condition that you want treated, cause he won't do both! You have 3 months to taper completely off of one of them! By the way, anxiety is a condition that happens in almost ALL chronic and intractable pain patients. It snuck up on me about 6 years ago, and will not go away if not treated! Next month (8/2020) will mark my 20th straight year needing one form of opiate or another for an inherited condition. I've been a model patient the entire time. Never once mishandling my meds or seeking early refills, doctor shopping, etc. The staff is great, but Patel is the boss. Do not expect him to treat you as an individual. It's ALL about the numbers baby!

I've been with Dr. Patel over three years now. He takes the time to listen, and gives a complete understanding of what the course of action I need in order to get my pain under control. I've never had a terribly bad appointment with him. Also, his staff from the receptionist and nurses on up, they all get to know us and are such a great bunch of people, couldn't ask for better. I've been seen by David, who keeps abreast of what surgeries are available, if they are something that would help with my back and rotator cuff problem. They don't take pain medication lightly, and therefore try to give us patients a better understanding of what our options are. I am truly blessed to have a great team of staff and doctors helping me to deal with back and shoulder pain. Thanks Dr. Patel!

The absolute best pain medicine Physician I have ever met! He has helped me regain my life without chronic back pain!! Dr.Patel is very personable and has excellent experience with various methods of pain management . The staff is also very professional and friendly! I couldn’t be happier!! Karen B

Dr Patel has literally changed my life. Before i saw him i was in so much back pain from preious back surgies. He diadnosed and treated me. Now I am backing working full time and enjoying life. I didnt think it was going to be possible again. He is a lifesaver.
