I had tried acupuncture several years ago and did not have a great experience. I was hesitant to try again, but after reading the reviews, decided to give it another go for stress management. Dr. Candace is the best! I leave every session feeling relaxed and clear headed. Can't recommend this place enough!

I have had the most wonderful sessions with Erin Abel and quite literally cannot wait for my next treatment. Her caring and empathetic presence during the intake made me feel as the though healing began before needles were even inserted. The treatments themselves were extremely relaxing and effective in helping with my anxiety. She also totally eradicated pain in my foot from an old sprain so now, as a professional dancer, I am able to perform again without pain. Furthermore, she gave me a wonderful herbal prescription to help with my menstrual pain and after one month of taking this formula I have noticed significant improvements in all aspects of my cycle. I cannot recommend this practitioner highly enough! It is a true gift to be her patient.

Dr Jana has been an absolute blessing in my infertility journey! My husband and I had been struggling with unexplained infertility for about 16 months when I started acupuncture at Inspired Wellness. While Dr Jana was on vacation, I started with Dr Candace who was also wonderful and took great care of me for my first 3 sessions! I could feel a huge stress release physically and emotionally and really looked forward to each session. The following month, I started seeing Dr Jana. I was so relieved and impressed by the questions she asked and the care she took at the beginning of each session to get to the bottom of what was going on. None of my western medicine doctors ever asked me how my sleep, diet, or overall wellness was (my answer: not good!), and had suggested moving forward with IUI or IVF. Those were the first questions Dr Jana asked. She dug more into how things were with my body, my cycles, and she seemed to know exactly what to do. I saw Dr Jana 3x per menstrual cycle (much less than the 2x per week that I saw recommended on the internet), and within my first cycle of seeing Dr Jana I was pregnant! (Less than 2 months total of acupuncture) I couldn’t believe it and know that we would be in the midst of an expensive and emotionally taxing IVF experience if it wasn’t for Inspired Wellness. I continue to see Dr Jana throughout my pregnancy (currently 25 weeks) and continue to look forward to my sessions with her. She is warm, welcoming, and a joy to be around. I feel so well cared for. I would 1M% recommend Dr Jana for infertility acupuncture. She’s the best!

Dr. Jana is the nicest, most kind and knowledgeable medical person we have ever encountered. She has helped us with so many issues over the years that we have gone to her. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I started going here in August due to shoulder pain that had migrated to my neck and down my back. At first, I wasn’t sure it was helping much, though I felt better after each treatment, but the pain would return the next day. Now, almost three months later, I have absolutely no pain. Candace is a miracle worker! She is warm, friendly, calming and always talks me through my treatments so I know what to expect. I recommend her to anyone who has experienced physical or psychological trauma. She is healing!

I've been seeing Jana for years and can't recommend her enough!! I also have to give a shout out to Candace. I saw her for lower back pain and she did cupping on me. It was a great experience and I've noticed a big improvement from only 1 session
