I kinda love that martha ives md has bad reviews, means more time for me and my newborn! we started with martha jan 2022, she is knowledgeable, and available which was most important.. her office is easy to get to and her office staff has been great. I would recommend her and the office ..

Would leave a 0 if could. My father was there 6 days ago and needs his blood pressure medicine refilled and they still have not sent it in to the pharmacy. Now they’re taking a snow day. What happened to working from home.Secondly, I am the caregiver for my grandfather who has been home now a week and we can get no response from them. Supposed to get bath aid, pt and ot and wound care. Even more vital since he is diabetic. They can’t be bothered to even clarify their own discrepancies between written need orders and what is on the script. Health department is my next call in addition to a malpractice lawyer. Completely unacceptable. My father has a stroke or my grandpa gets an infection in this wound I promise you you’ll wish you had made SOME effort.

BEWARE!!! If you have loved ones do not go here. They Cherry picked my grandmother who was wealthy and was put into a home where she passed away because Dr Ives testified against her in court. She wanted to pass in her home. ..."I CARE, ALOT" is a movie you absolutely need to watch, to understand how these people operate. I would never wish anything like what dr Ives did to my family on anybody. My grandmother didn't deserve this because of greed of these people.

I’m not sure who would actually return to this doctor after dealing with her. Her behavior is verging on the bizarre. She is condescending, erratic, and just outwardly hostile. Don’t bother waiting for a callback from this office either. In the 3 times we dealt with them, never once was a call with the results we were waiting for on time. In fact, we never received a call at all. Had to call back multiple times. If you like a doctor that makes assumptions based on her mood and not your medical information, doesn’t review your charts or test results, yells at you and your child, and is generally incompetent this is you gal.

I am not sure I even want to call her Dr. This woman made statements about my mother, opinions, without diagnosis, causing my mother great stress and speaking to family member, violating HIPAA. Gave my mother a bogus SLUMS test, couldn't get the file for more than 8 weeks. Office staff rude. Don't recommend after the way she demeaned my mother, saying she had dementia when she doesn't. pill pusher.

My mother, 96, has seen Dr. Ives for years. Recently we needed a referral for Physical Therapy but only had a short window of opportunity to get the Therapy done. Dr. Ives staff listened to our concerns carefully, worked us in, and referred us to excellent Physical and Occupational Therapists. During our visit, Dr. Ives was also able to make several recommendations that have helped make mom more comfortable. THANK's Dr. Ives and TEAM!

Great lack of compassion and abysmal bedside manner with our very elderly grandmother and longstanding patient. I had taken Grandma to appointments over the years and was never impressed, but the last time we went was particularly horrible. If you don't want to be treated with dignity and expect your "care physician" to do the bare minimum, to speak crossly at you like you're a complete annoyance to her,, to cut you off and actually abruptly say, "So, is that all? I do have other patients," then Dr. Ives is your gal. Very disheartening. Some of the support staff are kind and competent, at least.
