Rudest receptionist. It's unfortunate I'm calling a doctors office regarding my health and I'm met with rudness, pushiness and someone with no customer service skills.

Erin is amazing! So concerned about her patients and takes time with them instead of hurrying them through! Love her and the office staff!!

I think there should be an option to choose between a doctor and. PA-C .and tiered pricing also based on who you see. have had 2 teledoc sessions , both worked very well.the patient portal could use a bit of enhancement. for uploads of pics during a session.

Lack of any actual doctors to see leads to being put in the care of a PA who does nothing but prescribe medications. I've also tried to update insurance info 3 different times, and nothing actually got updated. Front office workers do nothing but gossip and talk amongst each other while the phone rings in the background going completely unanswered. Thoroughly unprofessional. Went in for severe foot pain and was told that nothing could be done until I get yet another x-ray. Pain prescription was never discussed and I was never told when to pick up the medication or even what the medication is supposed to be.Currently working with a lawyer to build a malpractice case as this level of care is completely unacceptable. PA wrote off my injury as nothing serious, yet in consultation with a separate doctors office I was told about possible, permanent, nerve damage.Will persue legal action to the full extent of the law.

Absolutely horrible communication from this office. Once we switched insurance we were pretty much treated like trash. Made an appointment, gave them our new insurance over the phone, Showed up for our 8am apt just to be told they wouldn’t take our insurance. Lack of organization or care for their mistake. We went here because it was so close to our home but do yourself a favor and find another Arvada doctors office.

I’ve been seeing Arvada New West Physicians for probably 15 years because I trust and enjoy working with Dr Maybach. His current nurse Amber is superb as well.While the front office has improved the past year very well, I feel they have a long ways to go. It is hard and frustrating to make an appointment. The voice response system is ridiculously rude — always has been. It’s hard and slow to navigate. I think the office hours are punitively narrow and not being able to even get administrators to pick up the phone for so much of the day seems they really don’t care about patients.Finally, having worked through all the system and getting an appointment, I often sit in the lobby for an hour having showed up early as requested.Your patient’s time has value, too. We need to work so we can pay the insurance that pays for you. And, not caring about our time makes it so it’s hard to care about yours.Update: Front office remains in engaged with little concern for patients. They have inconsistent mid day hours when they do not take calls. They often doNot have the phone system working on the hours they claim. Monday when I arrived, receptionist said I’ll be with you in a moment and then opened envelopes for five minutes. It took me less time to get my blood draw than I spent waiting for her to open envelopes.

Dr. Jeffers and Denise are the best in the business. I have been seeing them for well over 15 years. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my medical issues. Thank you both.

Great office with kind and caring doctors, staff is always pleasant and wait times are minimal.

Why are you sending me this e-mail and addressing Bridget Craig (my wife) New West Physicians would not take her because her primary insurance was medicare. The last visit referred to was for Edward Craig.
