I have been a patient with Dr. Mass since 2015. When I moved out of state on Oct. 2, 2020, she refused to refill my daily required medications through the end of 2020, her office staff became rude, she revoked my online access to my medical records, and did not keep her word to me to provide my daily medication refills for a full year past my annual physical. Consequently, I am unable to get my daily medications, which I have been on since 2007. I really can't understand how a doctor could do something that is so dangerous to my health and still call herself a doctor.

Dr. Mass is the best internal medicine doctor I have ever met. I began seeing her in 1998 when I was teaching for the Aspen School District. She is an excellent diagnostician, has superb bedside manners, and is professional in every way possible. I have great respect for her background, experience, and ability as an internal medicine doctor. I trust her implicitly with every medical concern that I have. She has practiced there since 1975, and I would and have traveled great distances to see her with my medical issues and regular physicals.

Dr. Mass and her staff are smart, caring and efficient. I have been a patient for many years and I have always found the entire office to be professional and wonderful. I have received the best care from Dr. Mass!

Dr. Mass is highly professional, concerned, and seeks the best possible outcomes for her patients. I have been a patient now for 5 years and each time I see her, she is caring, thorough, and involved. In fact, she recently called me at my home to make sure that I was doing well. You will be in fabulous care with this Harvard trained internal medicine doctor.

Staff is rude; difficult to make appointments, get prescriptions refilled, or discuss changes in medications. Dr. Mass is unconcerned overall with the patient's well-being and will capitalize on every opportunity to make money by demanding and then scheduling (subject to her own schedule, not the patient's) unnecessary appointments.
