Very professional care, kind and straight forward, appointments were quick but never felt rushed or like I was missing anything

ZERO STARS...This place is PISS POOR!!!!!She is the RUDEST and most arrogant doctor I have ever been in the presence of. Her front desk staff is impolite and unwelcoming. I felt very judged and "presumed" by the doctor as she cut me off and did not let me complete one thought or sequence of symptoms I was there to see her about. The nicest person in the place was the Physicians Assistant...Poor girl! HORRIBLE

I would rate lower if I could. This doctor is incredibly unprofessional and has no bedside manner. I have also called 6 times trying to get MRA results from about a month ago and no one has even attempted to contact me back. I’ve only been able to speak to an actual person once and it was the after hours call service. Do not come here. There’s a great neurologist in valley view hospital in glenwood springs worth the drive.

They should have 0 stars. Terrible, horrible uncaring awful.

Literally shows a tumor in the brain on the MRI and dr. Allen suggest it’s covid. Great doctor. She definitely deserves her license.

No bedside manner, during my consult she only went over her billable questionnaire. She completely ignored my bio feedback report. I mentioned I’d like discuss it ASAP it has evidence of a brain injury. I could of emailed it to her. There maybe some kind of test you have to pass to work here. You gotta be cold and mean hearted. She was gonna refer me out to get my mri and consulted the office staff on where I should go. They were not looking out for me. They held back from confirming any knowledge of where I should go or what options would be more helpful. Not like I deserve any help. The general attitude of the staff is take the money and run. The local facilities charge up to $9000 per mri. Billed through insurance. I went to Yampa Valley in Steam Boat Springs. It’s only $700 per mri. Then they get the mri back and just say there’s nothing wrong with me. The dr didn’t make an appointment to go over it and never wanted my neronfeedback report just got a phone call and it was cold straight to the point. A single MRI test can pick up hundreds of things. The brain is amazing and will heal its self naturally via neoplasticisty. I had high hopes the dr. Would help recommend certain medications that help with brain damage. I’m not trying to Win any awards. Currently working on this with other dr.’s and I’m paying out of pocket for an certain Amen Clinic. And if the drs can tell me what the parameters are. Literally no help from this clinic Dr. Brooke Allen

Their office policy is to photo copy your credit or debit card and keep it on file in case your insurance company doesn’t pay and you don’t pay within 30 days. If you refuse you are told you can pay cash and bill your insurance company yourself. Unacceptable.

Just left the spa, lol, suppose to be a doctors office! Wish I would have read the review, they tried to rip me off. Never okayed the visit with my insurance, I wonder why? Rooms with massage tables? I came to see a specialist of neurology. They took my personal info and wouldn't give it back. Going to the feds on this one.

Horrible Experience. First off, very unprofessional, she had her puppy in the office for my consultation. She got distracted by the dog, like interrupted me while I was explaining my symptoms, 4 times. So first question is where was her focus? Furthermore, she ordered 14 blood tests. It took a week before her staff called me back. I left messages within office hours and no answer. Out of the 14 blood tests, all I got from her medical assistant was " I have low B-12". They never call back or operate within office hours claimed on their phones. It has been a month since I have seen her, my questions are still unanswered. I left questions regarding the medicine she put me on. For 2.5 weeks, the 2 phone calls I received back were " you need to wait to see an effect". Then it was " The meds are not working, we need more electron test". Again, how do they know the meds are not working, they never answered my question to begin with, and there is such a vague answer. I never heard back from her regarding symptoms or anything related to why I went to see her. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I HAVE TALKED TO 5 OTHER FORMER PATIENTS AND THEY ALL HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES.
