List of Kavi Sachar Md's Reviews
I recently went to the ER out of shear desperation because I could not get in to see my primary care physician. I suffered from a severely impacted ear canal causing great discomfort and dizziness. The ER doctor on call could not even clear my ear because they didn’t have the appropriate instruments. They basically sent me on my way for me to wait until I could get in to see my primary care doctor. I had an extremely miserable 2 more days because of that. There is no excuse for this kind of treatment.
Go somewhere else if you have a choice! I was in there tonight and when I told the nurse everything that was going on she left then went and told one of the other people “we are only nurses what do they want us to fricken do. Preform miracles. I’m in extreme pain. And the doctor just wanted to leave. He came and saw me while he was leaving for the night. And I was discharged again with no answers,
The level of incompetency in this place is mind blowing. There is apparently no one trained in the basics of just checking people in or answering general questions, so don’t expect any form of customer service. You can’t even get an answer on whether or not the hospital can help you before you have to come all the way down there just to be told oh well they won’t do your bloodwork without an appointment or something that can legally be answered over the phone. It’s pure laziness. I called and spoke to someone in the ER and then called back and spoke to an administrator because of how rudely I was treated. The administrator herself then proceeded to interrupt me just as the ER nurse had done and before understanding what it was I was really looking for. After she interrupted me she even said “well I don’t know what it is you’re really looking for…” Well maybe if you knew how to talk to the people or treat them decently, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Just better cross your fingers and hope you don’t need saving because it’s doubtful AVH would actually be able to do the job or want to. Just add it to the list of quality things that are fading in this valley.
Everything that could possibly be wrong in a hospital is there! Doctors, admin, staff, billing, equipment etc - just a place of horror
I would not even give it a one star if I could. I was hired on as a phlebotomist and the HR department was very kind but when I started training there I couldn't believe the disrespect and rudeness that was shown towards not only me but the patients that came to the lab for blood work. When I arrived some of the staff would talk badly about the manager and complain constantly. They would belittle me and treat me horribly when training me. I have worked in a lot of hospitals and a variety of places as a travel CPT and I have never experienced such disrespect and bitterness before like I did here. A few workers reached out to me and said they also were treated badly by two of the other workers that bullied me. I was upset at how the patients were being treated and how I was also treated. I didn't feel welcomed. I also felt bullied and torn down. It was not a good environment. My manager was fired and the staff talked about how bad he was at his job in front of me and the staff which I thought was unprofessional of them. A few workers were kind and made my short time there (before I left) bearable but I decided to turn in my resignation due to a toxic environment. I told the new managers that were filling in for the fired one why I decided to leave and none of them even reached out to resolve why I was leaving and didn't even address me telling them I felt bullied and torn down. Very toxic work environment in the laboratory. I would not recommend working in their lab to anyone!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! i visited this hospital with basic flu symptoms last year. they put me in the waiting room for an hour. did not manage to come up with any confirmed reasons or conclusions whether it was a flu after asking me 30 mins of questions and charged me $500 for a final piece of advice of "just take some rest"! they sent the bill only through mail 3 months later, without any email or phone notifications. and the girl from the billing office line service sounded impatient and rude. WORST HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN THE WORLD :(
Professional, kind and caring. Love him!
The billing departments are separated and the process is very convoluted. I have a health assistance agent who found the hospital was often sending things outside of my network - when they had in network options. The radiology department sent my bill to collections instead of me. It's a horrible experience, even when it's someone's full time job to help. Just received another collections call from a bill “paid in full” in February. A true nightmare dealing with the billing departments.
this is the worst hospital I have ever dealt with in billing and received from service. Not one person for head trauma was working on saturday. If you can go to any other hospital - go there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
