Dr.Lally retired and sent no notice to patients who were expecting calls for future appointments. No arrangements made for picking up records from his office. Not very considerate,

Good doctor but staff should discuss family problems at home not in a place of business where patients are waiting to be seen had to wait for 2 and a half hours on the person I gave a ride to I think it's B'S there is a time and place to discuss family issues and that's at home NOT the office 😡

Dr. Patrick Lally destroyed my vision. When I met Dr. Lally I had NO problems with my vision! Trusting him I agreed to a simple cataract surgery. He said "I am the perfect candidate because I blink a lot", "There is less chance of infection with this type of surgery." I have never seen right again and frankly I never will. After 1 year of many many revisits complaining I couldn't see he walks me from his exam room and tells me go directly to the emergency room! Almost 3 years exact from his simple cataract surgery ( the old scalpel method) and 5 more procedures, I'm left nearly blind in my left eye. After 3 years and 6 surgeries later my vision as I knew it is gone for the rest of my life. Do not let this man do the same to you!

Referred to Dr.Lally by a friend who is also a patient, after which I had several friends who used Dr. Lally with equally raving reviews. The appointments were easy to make, the staff was very welcoming, the doctor was prompt and explained all that he was doing and why. I recently had cataract removal and currently am in the middle of the recovery. (3 days post op) . Surgical center was beautiful and staff there equally accommodating. Overall experience has been wonderful.
