Pretty terrible experience at Aspen Dermatology. I've never written an online review before but I felt extremely inclined after being a patient here for the last year. I paid $$$$ out of pocket for a 30 second visit and a mild prescription. I recently left Aspen for 3 months and asked if my monthly prescription could be sent to a pharmacy in CA. In response to this request, Dr. Reohr dropped me as a patient. The voicemail left by her staff asked that I find a new dermatologist in CA and then suggested I return to Dr. Reohr when I'm back in Aspen. I've never heard of a doctor dropping a patient because they took a trip. Pretty absurd and expensive.

Save your money and see a different dermatologist! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Reohr for a large cyst that was located on the back of my ear. I came in and was in the office for less than 10 minutes. She basically said "oh yes, thats a cyst" and took a picture of it with a ruler. She told me I would receive a call to schedule it to be drained. My appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks after my initial appointment with her and my cyst popped before my follow up appointment to have it drained. I was charged $228 for my office visit because this was a "Level 3" office visit and they base that price off of how in depth the appointment goes. I don't know how we got to Level 3 in 10 minutes and her confirming what I had already suspected. Their system is absolute robbery because they claim they can not schedule any procedures without seeing it first. Expect to pay $250 plus your follow up visit.

My husband and me ,come to see Dr Reohr since 2 years,that woman is fantastic,extremely qualified,excellent bed sides manner always very pleasant,explaining very well,you never fell rushed. and we have to add ,very charming! (so rare.....)

Professional and pleasant, correctly diagnosed ant treated over many years.

I was able to get a quick appointment because of a cancellation. She was pleasant and professional and quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed medication. She went out of her way to resolve a problem I had with drug insurance coverage.
