Great service and very thorough with your x-rays. I love seeing my neck and spine again and having someone really explain it to me. First with a presentation of what it should be and what I have. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Love that they have a little routine for you when you get there - check-in, sit on a aired cushion to warm up your spine for the adjustments. I'm still new, but so far so good!
This office should come with a warning!!! Both sister chiropractors left me in pain every time I left from a session!! I thankfully got moved to synergy heath care and my chiropractor was disgusted with the gross amount of adjustments I had in just under a year. I was over Dr. Yahdi strongly suggested 3 adjustments a week and a package over $4000. When her sister used the massage gun on my neck close to my skull I ended up throwing up later that day and was dizzy all day. All this specific practice cares about is money and not the true heath of their clients!! I was so scared when I saw babies being adjusted here !!! I couldn't imagine the damage they have and will cause to so many!!! I'm so grateful I was saved and found safe and healing care outside of this place!! If I could give zero instead of 1 with a warning I would !!! this was by far the worst experience with the chiropractic care I have ever received and the most expensive!!! I have have had chiropractic care for my scoliosis for nearly 20 years now in different countries. So I have plenty to compare them to and I fear for anyone who gets care at this office!!!!
Scam. Scam. Scam... they offer a $49 special that's supposed to include a one hour massage. Called ahead of time explained it was a gift. Girlfriend went there. They told her it was only a screening she would have to come back a second time and pay additional fees for the massage. False advertising can I scam enough. Was completely disappointed was supposed to be just a simple gift of one hour massage. I called ahead of time.
They're definitely have no experience, I should charge them back for wasting my time and gas money, people who go there either stupid, lonely, and never have real chiropractor before. They always acting so nice and friendly, they just try to get your money, once you paid the money, you hardly get the schedule, kick you out the door in 2 mins, also they never clean the coffee machine
I've been coming here for years and they are the absolute BEST. I'm now in going thru my second pregnancy with 100% Chiropractic and they have been making me much more comfortable. Not to mention they curef my migraines!
Great service - after several treatments noticeable improved in neck and back pain. Staff is friendly and always helpful
I love 100%! Every single person who works here us so nice. They intentionally create a relationship with you from the moment you walk in. The treatment is excellent and professional - I couldn't be happier!
I had an appointment scheduled that I had to cancel due to a last minute schedule change at work. I advised that due to my schedule, the appointment needed to be on a Saturday. The person I cancelled with said they would call me to reschedule or if anyone cancelled their Saturday appointment. It has been almost a month since that apparently empty promise and no one has called me. I called them back to schedule an appointment and again was told someone would call me. That callback also never happened. Based on my experience so far, this place does not seem credible or trustworthy.
VETERANS BEWARE BUYERS BEWARE I found 100% on Groupon and decided to give them a try. When I went in for my initial appointment, I was told that my massage was only going to be for 20 mins because of a time issue which was completely out of my control. I was a little upset because I paid full price and I was not late. I went ahead with my appointment and the massage therapist felt bad as well and suggested I talk to the doc or manager. I paid for my visit as well as signed up for the membership of 72 adjustments and went on my way but when I got home, I felt taken advantage of and wanted to talk to the manger or doc about it to see if I could get what I paid for. When I called the office, the woman who answered the phone was very rude and was trying to stop me from connecting with a manager. She pretended to not hear me on the phone and kept asking for my name and when I gave it to her, she said she could not find my info and kept asking for it repeatedly. I figured out she was just trying to stop me from reaching anyone above her. I kept calling back until finally someone else answered and I told them the situation and that I no longer want to do business with them if that was how I was going to be treated. I already paid for my membership which was 72 adjustments. The woman who answered the phone said she was going to have the doctor talk to m e and that they promise it is not how they treat their patients. Hours later I got a call from Doctor Yahdi and she apologized for the front desk girls behavior and assured me it will not happen again and that she would like me keep my membership and return for my visits. She also offered a complimentary massage with a cupping upgrade that I requested on my first visit, which was not able to be done because a piece was missing. I thought about it and decided to continue with them since she said the woman who did that to me will no longer be working there but little did, I know that the ill treatment would continue throughout my visits. On my 24th visit, I was checking my bank account and I noticed a few charges from 100% and I wanted to see what they were, so when I went in for my adjustment appointment, I asked the doctor Klariss Cotto, whom was working the front desk at the time, if she can print out a full detailed statement of what treatments/products I have received and she said in a condescending tone, "I'm on the phone, You're going to have to wait." At this time no one was in the office so seems she felt it was appropriate to talk to me this way. I explained no rush I just needed it for the VA and my records. She said it again in a very rude tone and I asked her not the speak to me that way. She told me she does not know what I am talking about and began to laugh at me for calling her out. I returned to the back for my adjustment and other patients walked in and she walked up to me and began to speak in a nicer to me and explain the statement to me and my concern and said that "obviously I am CONFUSED" I told her that it is interesting how she changes her tone when others are around. I told her that that type of behavior has been going on since I started with the office, and I will not tolerate it and wish to cancel. She then told me that I am disrespectful. So, basically, I am disrespectful for standing up for myself. I was not upset with her when I asked for the statement, and I did not raise my voice. After I told her that I wished to cancel she told me that I was disrespectful and said, "this office is not for you." In other words, she was trying to terminate my account when I already said that I wanted to cancel. Hilarious. In the end I canceled and have found that this company exaggerated my condition to get me suckered into 72 visits that I did not need. They also charged me for the upgrade massage service which I was told by Dr. Yahdi that was complimentary. Overall, they are rude and treat all guests as numbers and you are rushed in and out of your appointments. None of the adjustments are personalized as they say they are. Everyone gets the same adjustment, and you are told that the condition is much worse than it really is.
I thought this was a pretty legit practice in the beginning, the doctors and staff are all nice and seem to care for your first few appointments. However after that you realize you're just a number. Many times I sat in the waiting room for extremely long wait times while my appointment time passed on by. I was always coming here after a 14 hour work day so it quickly became very frustrating. I developed some health issues and no longer could come to the practice however they kept charging my card twice a month regardless of me receiving services or not. They charged me for things I never even got as part of my "plan." I had to call them and beg to have a charge reversed because it was the last of my money, my job cut my hours during the pandemic and I hardly had anything to live on but they made sure to keep taking their share. I'm so disgusted with this place and mad at myself for even falling for their "wellness plan." I've gone to chiropractors my entire life and I've never had the same manipulation done EVERY SINGLE VISIT. I don't believe bodies are one size fits all but it seems they just do the same adjustment to everyone. I ended up going to a real doctor once I had health insurance and after an mri I found I have a bulging disc and hip bursitis, both things the chiropractors were unaware of and making worse. Save your money, NEVER sign a contract with these people and find a nice mom and pop place to spend your money. Enjoy all the money you stole from me, I hope you all feel great about mentally and financially breaking a person during the pandemic.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
