Dr. Feiner is absolutely phenomenal! There are not enough words to express just how exceptional a Dr. and person he is. He is extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough in explaining things in a way that is very easy to understand. He spends a great amount of time making sure that any and all questions or concerns you may have are thoroughly answered and explained. He is extremely friendly, has a very calming and caring manner about him, and let's you know and truly feel that you, and your situation matter a great deal to him. He goes above and beyond in letting you know that providing you with the best care possible are the utmost priority, and he does just that! Absolutely top notch!

Awful experience overall to even get a call back answering machine sais you would get a call back when calling before 4pm on same day but yet 5 days later no call backs very sad

A very dear friend of mine has been going through treatment with RMCC for the last 18 months. Out of the blue he received a "Discontinuation of Service" letter from RMCC. No meeting, no phone call, no notice, a certified letter sent in the mail sent to a Stage 4 cancer patient. Seriously? Is this where we are at with service to a patient? RMCC - get your service together asap as this is not acceptable to anyone. Others seeking service here, please be aware, bad service, poor communication, delayed posting of information to patient portal, not returning calls, and termination of service via a letter.
