I have never written a review on a doctor in my life but want other parents to know how bad an experience this was. Dr. Bruckner was rude, unfeeling and unhelpful. Even in her specific field of expertise she was not able to provide the slightest insight nor was she interested in helping to address my child's very painful chronic rash. I will never take my kids to see her again.

My son gets a laser treatment once a year for a portwine stain he was born with 10 years ago. He had a 5-minute procedure at Children's Hospital and Dr. Anna Bruckner, who didn't even administer the treatment, charged us $2,688. This medical system of our needs to be blown up. It will take me WEEKS of working to pay off this medical bill. Dr. Bruckner will never get our business again. She's the worst.

Charged us $2,700 for a no-risk, 5-minute procedure she didn't even administer on her own. AVOID HER LIKE THE PLAGUE. I will have to work for THREE WEEKS to pay off her 5-minutes of work. My kids all lose thanks to Dr. Bruckner.

Took 2yr old in for a mole check and felt as though I was wasting her time. She had a rude condescending attitude like I had the audacity bring my child in. I took my child here instead of my normal derm because I thought they’d be better equipped to handle this Incase a biopsy was needed. It was also a nightmare to get there because the scheduler said it was in the outpatient pavilion not the actual children’s hospital. Don’t waste your time and money here, they are nothing special, go to your local derm.

Took child in for some questionable moles. I don't feel a thorough skin/mole check was done. Doctor only looked at the moles I pointed out. She ruled out all of the moles as OK except for one. Scheduled a recheck in a couple of months following initial appointment. After receiving the outrageous bill for the mediocre service I think I will be finding a different doctor who is not located in a hospital.
