Went here for a colonoscopy and I’m very pleased as to how they treated me. They have a very professional staff and they still have their compassion. Thank you for all your hard work and patience. 10/10!

First the bright spots: the administrative staff and the nurses were great. Personable, caring, and professional. 5 stars. But I was so disappointed with the procedure and the doctor, and most of all unethical, weird lack of transparency about the cost. I would go elsewhere if I have to do this again. It might be explained by the fact that I was the last endoscopy on a Friday afternoon, and they had already started their weekends in their minds. The nurse in the procedure room appeared harried and tired, and, in an attempt to step over the tubes and wires that were connected to me, instead tripped over them, giving them a good yank. I never met the doctor. I saw a guy who I suspect was the doctor but he never introduced himself, and when I woke up I was told I was his last patient and he had to leave. So I never received an explanation of what they saw, beyond a few words written on a piece of paper. I asked the nurse a couple questions but she could not answer them. I just expect more for $2000. I would expect someone to be able to answer a few questions. This place is set up for high, high volumes of procedures. I guess by Friday afternoon everyone is a little weary. Again, a big kudos to nurses and front desk staff, but I would look elsewhere. UPDATE: Watch out for billing. They billed my insurance over $26,000 for the facility fee. That’s not a typo. And that doesn’t include the bills for the doctor, the anesthesiologist, and pathology, which were billed separately. There is no transparency here in terms of cost. Michael Lieghfield, the PA I saw for my initial appointment, told me it would cost “around 1000 bucks” when I asked about cost. In fact, it cost over $3000 out of my pocket, even with BCBS insurance. I called them to ask about my pathology results. No one ever answers the phone and it was 4 days before someone returned my call. I really feel ripped off by these people.

The staff here is very professional. Starting with Stacy at the front desk will get you checked in. R.N. will take you back and get you set up. From there everything will go off like clock work. The staff is very kind and supportive. Definitely recommend this location. Take an active role in your health prevention. Dr. Madrid was excellent.

Jesse in scheduling acts like we're such an inconvenience when calling in. I've never heard someone sigh so heavily on the line for helping me reschedule an appointment for my mother. He sounds so annoyed and gave such short answers. Ugh this is frustrating. I hope the appointment itself goes well because as of right now, horrible experience so far.

The nurses, staff and Dr Madrid were great.

I was impressed with their professionalism. They were very mindful of everything from check in to check out. I had a colonoscopy 10 years ago in NY so I kind of knew what to expect. but I was still nervous and my heart was racing. However, they answered all my questions and I was in and out without any huge wait. Everyone was extremely professional, respectful and courteous and the place was very clean. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

They order BIG doordash deliveries but never tip the drivers. Be more mindful!

This Was my first Colonoscopy. I admit I was rather anxious; however the staff from checking in to recovery was very compassionate, professional and Efficient. I would highly recommend this office as everything was spot on! Dr. Tyler McVay and his team deserve much praise for the excellent work which they do!

I will never go anywhere else. Every phase of the Colonoscopy process was outstanding. Reception was friendly and helpful, nurses took excellent care of preparation and after speaking with the anesthesiologist and Dr. Madrid, they had my full trust! See you all in 5 years!
