List of Barry Martin's Reviews
Dr. Barry Martin is a wonderful human being whom we have been honored to have in our daughters life. He has seen my daughter and our family through many things over the years. (Thank you)
My son with Down syndrome has been seeing Dr. Martin for years. We are thrilled with the care he provides and the compassion he demonstrates every time we see him, whether in person or now via Telehealth. I hope he continues to practice for many more years - I can't imagine trying to replace him.
Let me tell you how phenomenal Dr. Martin in. I trust this man with my life and would trust him with any member of my family's life. He is the most caring and passionate man about my care. I feel that he worries about me as much as my family does. He listens. He is responsive, quickly. He is innovative. He keeps the family informed. He works hand in hand with my other providers which is huge for me because I struggle with many medical issues and I have providers that are not connected with the same hospital. Dr. Martin still works and communicates with them. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. I will go as far as saying this. I will never move out of the Denver area as long as Barry Martin can be my Primary Care Doctor. He is that essential to my care, my well being and my life. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for me and all he will continue to do! He is simply the best!
Very caring and he truly listens to your needs and works with you to find a solution to your problems.
He is amazing. He is caring and smart and takes the time to make sure you understand. He fought and helped out for my grandmother as if it was his own flesh and blood. Very impressed.
Do not see this doctor. His bedside manor is awful. No understanding, rude to his patients, after my child was born (healthy), he nearly brought my wife to tears with his antics. Do not see this doctor.
If you have insurance and care about your well being you will run from this doctor's office and never return. At no time should any patients have to over four hours for the doctor to arrive and then have to wait another two hours just to be seen. The staff is the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. This is an establishment that service sick patients and people with going medical issues, no one should have to call everyday for a week straight to ask the staff to approve their medication at is at the pharmacy awaiting their approval. I called Dr. Martin's office to explain to them how urgent it is for them to follow through with approving their patient medication and one the did extremely rude staff members indicated that "I have been doing this for over 23 years and I don't need a lecture on how to do my job" I replied back with" well obviously what you have been doing the last 23 years is not working because I yet to get my prescription approved and I have been calling for one month to get this matter taking care of". As a person who works in customer service I would never reply with and explanation to one of my resident like that and if one of my employees do, i would definitely resort in a write up. I have family members that are physicians and that recommended this doctor to me but they had no clue of the horrible and unprofessional things are that are taking place in this establishment and they are friends with Dr. Martin as well and they will planning to bring this issue to his attention.
POOR service, bedside manner and speaks down to you... 'all in your head'? really...
This doctor is a not not just smart, he is wise. I had some abdominal pain, and he investigated the problem. Had he simply given me some antacids and sent me home I could have become very sick. Instead I was admitted and and referred to a special who has discovered the root cause of the problem. This guy is caring, polite, and brilliant. He has enough experience to have good suspicions of what the problem might be yet, keeps an open mind to ensure he gets the diagnosis bang on. This guy is a great MD. Thank you Doctor
This guy was really great treating my infant son and seemed to have a nearly religious passion for bringing life into the world, and I am grateful for that. However, when I tried to seek his counsel regarding a increasing bipolar condition and began to tear up in his office, he scurried from the room and sent in the clinics female GP who demanded "What's wrong?? What's wrong with you???" at me. No, I am not making this up! Needless to say,I was humiliated beyond belief and did not seek any medical for this issue until my condition culminated in a complete nervous collapse 3 years later. Barry also diagnosed another family member with a "blood disorder that is connected to your living in sin" with her boyfriend (they got married years later, when they felt the time was right for them). We all left the practice shortly thereafter; I sent the then-required letter explaining that I was leaving for another GP, and invited him to call to discuss my reasons. He never contacted me.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
