My kids had been going here for years and everything was great. My insurance changed and I was told that even though they were now out of network, the semi annual check up would still not cost anything. Then when we go in for the check up, they changed their mind and was going to charge us. We will not be going back.

This morning I had appointments for my daughters to get teeth cleaned and checked. I have been working with this office for years and Im very pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of everyone there. I feel that my family is getting the best care! Thank you all so much, I truly appreciate the care you gave my girls and in an efficient and relaxed way.

If I could I would give this a ZERO star rating but I can't so a one star it is. At first this dentist office seemed like a very caring and loving place for all children when my daughter had an emergency with a rotting tooth. Later we found out that they have extremely rude staff who do not communicate well or listen to the customers when speaking directly to them after a visit. In turn the dentist tells you you can no longer come to them for care even tho your child feels safe and happy at this place. And the dentist herself didn't reach out and try to clear up whatever Miscommunication happened with the staff. I never once tried to change a treatment plan for my child but the dentist wouldn't have known that. With that said they have Horrible horrible HORRIBLE front desk staff with rude attitudes and clearly clogged ears so shes unable to listen. She was also annoyed and extremely rude when I was asking for a print out of the treatment plan to take home to my husband. I'm sorry SHE had to be at work and work with people that day. This place must only care about money!!!!!!!!!!! We will gladly take our child somewhere else.

Dr Erin and her team and so wonderful. My son loves going to the dentist because he is treated kindly. All the staff make sure their patients are comfortable. My son wasn’t afraid of getting a cavity because Dr Erin acclimated him to all the tools and was patient. We love this practice.

I love this place for my kids, I've been taking them here for almost 3 years now. It's small, quaint, just a simple kid-friendly dental office. Everyone there from the front desk, the hygienist, and the dentists - are all wonderful! I have yet to have a bad experience. My kids look forward to going :) Thank you all for the work you do and for always treating my kids with patience and kindness.

Dr. Kristin is the BEST!! Both of my kids have severe dental anxiety and she's always been so kind, gentle and lets them go at their own pace. She's been my kid's dentist for almost 10 years.
