I have been bringing my kiddos to see Dr Strepman for several years now. She is amazing. Always listens when I have concerns. The nurses are also very kind and gentle with the kids. I dont think I have ever had an issue with this drs office in almost 9 years. Thank you for being such a wonderful experience every single time 😁

Our OT Ms. Elizabeth is an absolute angel. We are so lucky and blessed to have her. She is kind, patient, knowlegable, loveble, and friendly. It takes some pretty special humans to work with medical complicatelovely, We haven't always had the best interactions with childrens hospital, but our OT and rehab Dr. (DR. W) have made all the bad experience a distant memory.

As far as the actual doctor visit, our provider, Wes PA, is so good with my girls! One is very very shy and hesitant and he was very considerate and took his time with her. Made her feel comfortable and didn’t “force” her to do anything! He followed her lead which is exactly what she needs when she is feeling that way! Both of my girls are very comfortable with him! I am giving 4 stars because, although I do understand why, in my 20 years of being a mom I have NEVER been told that my children need to be in a gown for their well child checks. I was not comfortable with it but left it up to my girls. If they were comfortable I let them but wasn’t going to force them to wear one!

The providers are the best, but the schedulers are the worst. When I take an appointment for my kids, they never give an appointment sooner than 4 months. They are always saying we are full, and they never search, and on top of that, they offer you only one exact time ⏲️.

I really like that you or your child can check in at the computer kiosk when you arrive. The staff at the front desk were friendly. We went about a half of an hour early to the appointment and still didn't wait but 10 minutes before being called. The doctor and nurse on the other hand weren't very helpful and very judgmental. They never gave me a solid answer on how they would help my kiddo. They were being very intrusive and asking questions that had nothing to do with her health. Plus I don't think they understood my culture and felt unwelcome at their clinic. I'm sure I'll never bring any of my kids back here.
