Dr Buchanan replaced a disk in my neck. He saved me from a C1-C5 Fusion. My intense arm/shoulder pain is gone. Well worth traveling 2 States away for for surgery. I would do it again if need be. Thank you Colin!

I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time and there were still three people ahead of me so I left. My time is as valuable as yours. Then your admin called me and said to continue to wear my brace which I haven’t been wearing since my last visit. She also said the break remains significant. Whatever that means. My Kaiser doctor took the time to call and say that it is healing. I am not impressed with your services.

Actually, getting into see, the doctor proved rather difficult. But once I was in Dr. Buchanan’s office, I found his staff to be caring and attentive and appreciated the way Dr. Buchanan answered my questions.

Dr. Buchanan spent time reviewing my case in consultation even while under the care of another physician. His assessment and plan made perfect sense, so I transferred my care, and I am so grateful I did. His immediate intervention saved me from a possibly catastrophic outcome. He continues to follow me, and I trust him to make the best recommendations for ongoing care. It goes without saying that he is brilliant, well trained, and a superbly skilled surgeon. I recommend him without hesitation.
