11/13/21-Still fighting with Kaiser over this. They are not offering any type of covid treatments. They keep saying that I have to seek treatment elsewhere and then they give you bad links to try and find a place to get you the help you need. This time I spoke to an Amy and she said even though the FDA has given emergency approval for several different types of treatment that Kaiser does not see them as approved.11/10/21-Has a long term member of Kaiser and the family member of past Kaiser members I can say that not only this location, but Kaiser in general does not care about their customers and does not do what it can from them on even the most basic levels. At present I will admit that I have COVID and Kaiser has told me that they are not offering any type of treatment for people with COVID. I would have to go out of network to try and seek the treatment I need. I also have other underlying conditions that they are also sweeping under the rug by not directly offering any type of treatment. Kaiser has had over a year to try to start coming up with treatment options like everyone else, but they are behind on their medical offerings. I'm stuck with Kaiser since it is the cheapest option that the state offers to its employees. This is also a request to the state of Colorado to drop Kaiser from your offerings since they will not offer even the most basic of medical treatment to people who need it. To all who read this please do not pick Kaiser if you have the choice and help me spread this on the internet in the hopes that Kaiser may start to take covid seriously.

I have always received great care here. My doctor actually listens to me and has helped me a lot. The urgent care center is very nice and efficient. Nearly all of the staff that I have interacted with have been friendly, helpful, and professional. Very glad to have Kaiser as my care provider.

I had such a great experience with my new GYN Dr. She listens to questions and answers clearly. The nurse was such a nice person andworks efficiently. I love my Kaiser!

Always 5 star service from top to bottom! I am extremely happy with the service the is provided at the Centerpoint clinic.

My wife is gone to urgent Care here twice and will not go again. They get a set diagnosis in their mind and when the test results don't match they don't look any further they just send you home and the doctor doesn't explain anything.

Always friendly and capable staff taking care of you. Pharmacy is efficient and friendly.

They always do a good job

Charlene in the drive through covid testing area was wonderful. She was polite, kind, caring and did all the right checks to verify who I was. The line was very long and Charlene and crew are out there just busting their butts and keeping their moods uplifted. I made the appointment on the KP app not 40 minutes before scheduled time. Us patients are dependent on this access as waiting for testing and results disrupts so much of our lives. Its great that KP has this available to us. Thank you!

I was in reaL pain when I came to KP at Aurora Centerpoint. Jenny from Imaging department had a joyful disposition. She made me laugh although what she had me do was really painful. She had a caring attitude that made you feel at ease. 5 stars to her!Also, met with Dr. Plunkett. She is caring and she also had a joyful disposition. She advised my husband to give me gifts on the hour by the hour! But more than anything, she addressed the pain and then some. Thank you Dr. Plunkett and Jenny!

I love Kaiser Permanente. It's a one stop for all you concerns. Doctors, pharmacy, lab, vision appointments. All in the same place. My Doctor Dr. Plunkett is very good and patient.
