My experience demonstrated a doctor and medical practice that is entirely patient-focused. My initial visit with Dr. Davis went well. He was professional, patient, to the point, and kind. Additionally, at my fist appointment, I received a thorough exam, X-ray, treatment, outcome expectations, provided patient education, given choices about my care, and I have a follow-up appointment that I won’t mind attending. The process of scheduling was painless. The care staff asked why I needed to be seen, ensuring I was connected to a provider that met my health needs. The new patient paperwork may be completed online before your appointment or on a tablet at the office the day of appointment. They even offer check-in and accept co-insurance payments online or at the office if preferred. The medical staff are responsive and friendly.

As a classical pianist, choosing a hand surgeon to treat an injury that threatens your ability to perform is not trivial! Dr. Davis treated a broken left wrist for me 7 years ago and is why I returned to him again with high confidence this week for a new injury to a badly broken bone in my right hand. The experience with him, his office and the OCC Surgery Center has been fantastic both times. Very personal attention, highly knowledgeable, prompt and responsive, and that includes staff in both the office and surgery center in addition to Dr. Davis himself. Very highly recommended.

I crushed my middle finger on my left hand very badly while working at the Costco Depot. Ripped nail off and tore off top of finger down to the bone with 3 breaks. The injury was brutal with excruciating pain. Concentra couldn't do anything and recommended Dr. Craig Davis. Within 3 hrs I was meeting with Dr. Davis and he was operating on my finger. He was incredible. It was my first surgery but Dr. Davis was not only very professional but super personable. He cleaned up injury, put in a wire and screws to hold breaks together, sutured nail into place and placed other sutures on injury. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I felt no pain during surgery. Both of his nurse assistants were professionals, great, friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Before I knew it surgery was over and within a few hrs I was heading home. My follow up visit was wonderful. His PA was incredible. Very personable. He inspected my finger, removed sutures and answered all my questions. He also made sure that I was given enough pain medication in case I experienced any more pain. Dr. Craig Davis and his people were awesome and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a Orthopedic Surgeon. You're the BestDr. Davis!.
