List of David L Reinhard's Reviews
Knowledgeable, Kind, and Effective. Dr. Reinhard is the best doctor who’s ever treated me.
He isn't the worst physician but perhaps mediocre. Some visits he is more helpful and other visits he has a sort of "meh" demeanor. He also seems to not spend much time with patients... i think i probably average 5-7 minutes and I travel a long way just to see him :/. I think he is ready to retire and he sure likes to listen a lot and not enough patient education or helps you understand what you can do to improve, you have to constantly be the one to direct him versus the other way around. He has some sort of physician detachment and not too much involvement which can be seen as unempathetic or aloof at times... don't really know what to make of him. He is very self-contained
I saw Dr Reinhard 1 week ago. I always see the Nurse Practitioner, Don Fresques, whom has been very nice to see over many years.I have gone to this clinic for 7.5 years. Never had a problem. I never abused my medications, ever. I have had 7 surgeries, fused C3-C7 and T10- S1. Dr Reinhard is one of the most blase, non listening, non caring doctors Ive ever had the displeasure of having an appt with. -although I had to see Gretchen Burnworth once, who was the worst! My husband went in with me to this appt. Dr Reinhard proceeded to tell me that I could have some Botox injections into my trigger point areas that were bothering me or just regular trigger point injections with lidocaine. Im having rib pain that is very painful and Im not sure what is going on with that. Dr Reinhard told me to schedule an appointment with Don to do the trigger point injections. must add that He did not seem interested in giving me the injections at this hime which was perplexing, to say the least!Dr Reinhard also said for me to have the front desk send my meds to the pharmacy and that they will be done by the due date on the following Tuesday. That they will be approved for that date. Well long story short- they werent done. Monday i had called 2 times and left messages and then I called againTuesday morning and finally talked with Becky who told me Don was no longer employed there and that Dr Reinhard would assume my care. she told me that his assistant would take care of my meds and she would mark them URGENT. I thought i would get them but it didn’t happen until 7pm the following night after I called 2 times on that day as well. (2days after due date!!)Heather, office mgr had told me she would call me back but never did. But Heather did say I was going to be dismissed from practice during our one and only conversation. I wasnt given a reason except Dr Reinhard didn't want to assume my care. Dr Reinhard lied tomy face and my husbands face about Don doing the injections. He knew Don was leaving or had already left. Hmmm Don left and I was dismissed. This is so unethical.. Dr Reinhard only cares for your money. If this could happen to me ,it could happen to you. Im a 30+ year RN and Ive never heard of a practice who resorts to unscrupulous tactics like these. Ive never worked for an MD who treated his pts like this.I guess cause im not a money maker for them. They will try to get you to accept many treatments etc. If you dont need anything from them except meds, forget it.Oh they are only Physiatrists and they dont prescribe narcotics to which i was on a low dose. Ive been on same meds for 7.5 years too. PleaseThink twice before going here. Im going to a new pain clinic, one with anesthesiologists who are more professional anyway. They dont care at CROM...
Dr Reinhard, great Doctor
I'm horrified by the poor reviews given of Dr. Reinhard on this site! He I the most caring, compassionate doctor to ever take care of me! He was appointed to me for a work comp case for an injury in 1998. He was gentle and kind and always listened to me and gave me the best medical care available. He put my care and concerns first; well above what any doctor in any and every field of practice . I was reinjured it 2003. I demanded that he would oversee my 2nd injury. I later sought him for life.
Dr Reinhard is the worst doctor. He refuses to diagnose his patients properly and recommends poor providers to treat you when he can't.
Not a very good listener. Just didn't seem to care much. Just seemed like pay me and get out type of thing.
He just doesn't care, long story short, he just didn't care about me! I was victim of worker's comp and he didn't care. He is just after the money he can get from the insurance company!
Dr. Reinhard was my Chronic Pain Doctor. He was Fabulous! He returned to his passion of brain injury rehab & stopped seeing chronic pain patients. I had the great pleasure of his wonderful, compassionate care for 10 years (off & on). It was a great loss to me when he made the decision to stop pain management. He is the Best doctor I have had in my entire life. I have found it Impossible to replace his level of care for the past year, and I miss him dearly. I highly recommend this truly caring doctor.
I would recommend Dr Reinhard to any patient who is suffering from chronic pain. He listens carefully to you and discusses treatment options. He impressed my husband, and me, from the very first visit. I was in so much pain and suffering from depression and had given up hope of ever having even a day of remission from it. Dr. Reinhard worked with me to find the right treatment for my pain. I was taking 3-5 extra strength Vicodin daily when I started seeing him and I wasn't getting any relief. I hated the negative side-effects from all the narcotics and muscle relaxants and no longer have the need for them. I feel better than I have in decades. I have more energy and less pain. Dr Reinhard was very patient with me as we tried to find the right treatment plan and I struggled to be compliant and stick with a course of medication. I am very sensitive to most drugs and he listened to my concerns and respected my opinion. He steered me away from invasive treatments and it has been years since I have had any epidurals or facet injections. I think that Dr. Reinhard is the best doctor I have ever seen and highly recommend him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
