Destiny Internal Medicine's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Abuaba is the best internal medicine doctor I’ve seen in over 10 years. Very thorough, compassionate and just a very good doctor. The office staff is great as well.

The staff are great but at least in my case I have wasted hundreds of dollars for multiple follow up appointments all in which I left with absolutely nothing different. No new prescriptions. No plans on what to do just endless circles of nothing. Not only that for BOTH tests I had taken through this office I got sent results to my email(through the facility that ran the tests NOT destiny internal med) but absolutely no follow up with the doctor/ nurse/ pa where they explained the results of the tests. For a literal brain MRI destiny first sent the wrong order the MRI office so it had to be rescheduled for even later. Then the MRI office had to inform destiny of what to actually order so I could have it done. The MRI office contacted me within a week with my scans but it took over two weeks AND ME CALLING THEM (DESTINY MEDICINE) multiple separate business days to ask what my scans meant. Not only that when they finally did have a response for me (again I called them for the fourth time on the fourth business day since my first call with no response) they essentially shrugged it off even though I had read with my own two eyes there was a swelling in my brain and a simple google search showed that the swelling could lead to numerous symptoms I was experiencing that they had numerous records of. Then when I brought that up they requested I come in for -you guess it- ANOTHER follow up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I never leave reviews but the amount of elderly patients that I have seen in there I want them and their families to be aware that they do not take your health seriously or with any care here.

I had such a good visit it was so easy to talk to Mrs Cassandra who was very helpful. The staff was very nice and professional. I’m glad I chose this Doctor!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Peacock for almost two years. I initially saw Dr. Abuaba and had a very caring and thorough examination I was very comfortable with my first visit, but Dr. Abuaba office hours were less and I could not get an appointment with him and Dr. Peacock was available. Unfortunately, over time, Dr. Peacock lost his caring humanity in my care. During this time, I've observed that Dr. Peacock and his staff made things increasingly difficult. And it seems Dr, Peacock sanctions and approves of rudeness from certain office staff and from some office staff. It's even more disappointing and hurtful because I have a mobility issues and his office provides telehealth and he can see my condition from my file. I had horrific problems with referrals to specialists and being told the referral is not a diagnosis or the referral is just "vague". If I call or email, I'm told to make an office visit regardless of my condition, Dr. Peacock could care less about my health problems and would not spend quality time trying to help me. It got worse, Dr. Peacock and his office really started showing no concern or interest when I had emergency room visits, I had to ask him to look at the reports, even though UCHealth sent all info to him...he was very apathetic. When I had the simplest question, I ALWAYS had to book a telehealth appointment, even if providing information or for the simplest questions, which made me feel I was a number with a dollar amount attached to my care...made me sad. Initially, I was secure and happy to have Dr. Peacock as my primary care doctor because he had really good online reviews, but he just has not shown that for me...very hurtful. In these times, it's hard to get quality anything, but that should NOT INCLUDE HEALTH CARE. It is obvious Dr. Peacock is tired and considers CERTAIN patients INSIGNIFICANT and a big inconvenience, he should not continue to perpetuate this systematic horrific health care he is providing in this crisis because that's what he has done in my care. DO NOT HAVE THIS REVIEW REMOVED, I WILL JUST PUT IT BACK AS MANY TIMES AS YOU HAVE IT REMOVED.

Dr. A or O was rude and had an attitude with me. I will never go back.

World class - staff are friendly and informative. Dr Chisholm is extremely intelligent, funny and just an all around great guy. I highly recommend Destiny and Dr Chisholm & their staff

Had great experience! Been in the practice with Dr. Peacock for a long time. He is excellent and has a sense of humor!! Front desk crew has really taken a step up! Much appreciated.

The office staff were pleasant and courteous. The Doctor was cordial and also pleasant.

Well I'm in pain knowing my pain in my shoulder n legs I brought u my persrcription. U didn't help me at all my pain is getting worse I'm left with my pain.thanks for your help I won't give people your office # are recommend your service I waste my time thank you for leaving me in pain n you're going home with no pain with acting like you care from people good luck.
