We received a call from Dr. Hinshaws office to confirm location, the person calling was extremely rude and condescending, and was completely mixed up about the visit. The appointment was for blood work only, yet Dr. Hinshaw had incorrectly indicated that a colonoscopy was needed prior to this appointment. We asked Dr. Hinshaw for a place to schedule a colonoscopy, but it was totally unrelated to Dr. Hinshaw. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a Dr. When they have so little care about what appointments are for, or the people they hire to answer the phone in a cancer center --- this has to translate to Dr Hinshaw eventual care. We have left and will look for a more competent organization. Dr. Hinshaw and her staff really are experts in the field and know how to best care for patients. They always take time to show care and concern, as well as provide excellent treatment plans. We always feel welcome and well treated. Thank you, Dr. Hinshaw/RMCC! You are the best!

My most recent visit was my yearly testing and followup with Dr Hinshaw. She was delightful, and, as always, seemed genuinely happy for me that, after 7 years, my test was clean again! Since beginning my cancer journey, she has been with me, encouraging me all the way, for which I am so thankful!
