My family and I have been going to Dr. Burcham for the last 25 years. He is an excellent doctor and a wonderful human being. He has performed eye surgery on both my mother and me, and my brother goes to him for all his eye exams. Not only is he an outstanding doctor but he is caring, kind, and compassionate and truly cares about his patients. He is never in a hurry, but is always willing to answer all questions and concerns that we might have. We would give Dr. Burcham TEN STARS if that was an option here.

Dr. Burcham is an outstanding doctor and a wonderful person. He is very knowledgeable about eye problems and spends time making sure you understand as well. He has a “good old boy” way about him, and is truly interested in making your eyes the best they can be. He did cataract surgery on both of my eyes, and I can see a whole new bright world out there thanks to him. I would highly recommend him to everyone who needs an eye doc. In addition, his office staff members are welcoming, kind and helpful. They are prompt in returning calls and work to assist however they can. And, somehow they are always on time!! No more glasses for me!!

My impression of "Reviews" is that we should be talking about the Doctor, not the front office staff. Everyone has on off day once in awhile. That said, in my 25+ years I have never experienced a negative, non-professional moment from any of the staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Burcham's for over 25 years. My experience has been extremely favorable during that time. Dr. Burcham is knowledgeable, through, competent and very patient oriented. I could not ask for a better experience!

I went in for a Lasik consult, due to cataracts he advised me to go with lens replacement surgery. I could not be happier with the results! Dr Burcham even called me at home after the first surgery to check on me. Everything went just as he said it would. His office staff is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Burcham for any eye procedure.

Dr. Burcham and Staff were fabulous: kind, concerned, and professional. My cataract surgery was quick and easy, I received the Toric lens'. Went into the surgical facility, rolled into the theater and the next I new, I was being rolled out - no pain, scratchiness, no problems. Follow-up visits were convenient for me and with the friendly assistants, fun not to mention quick with easy to follow directions and answers all questions. 5 STAR Service. I am one very satisfied patient/customer.

I have been coming here for 13+ years now, and I Love dr Burcham! But yesterday my grandmother was treated VERY POORLY by Margret. She was rude, impatient with her, and not thorough at ALL!
