Dr. Jensen is a very warm and caring physician. She always makes you feel like you are the only patient she has, always taking the time to hear me out and discuss any concerns I may have. I am very grateful to have her as one of my caregivers.

Dr Jensen and the entire RMCC team are fabulous and compassionate! There was a problem with one of my medications and Dr Jensen, her staff, and the infusion room staff were diligent in getting the issue resolved! I highly recommend Dr Jensen and RMCC Boulder!!!!

I’ve spent a month handling their negligence. They think having a cancer patient who found a new lump after 3 years in remission should wait a month and half for an ultrasound, not return calls after repeated messages, send them a text to schedule their own appointments to a place that doesn’t accept their insurance, and no follow up is heartless and negligent. MD Anderson in Loveland got me into the ultrasound and follow up appointment in 2 days. Dr Jensen’s bedside manner is ok and Donna her receptionist is perfect but Kay the scheduler needs to reconsider her career working with people that are stricken with disease. I’m still shaken and dishearten this was my experience. Shame on them.
