The staff is always kind and helpful. Front office people are always nice. Nurses are amazing! Dr. Mardones is extremely confident and thorough when she is explaining things to you. In the beginning, two years ago, I felt rushed and seemed to always get the PA which is fine but you really want to see the doctor every other visit to feel comfortable. She seems to have gotten better PAs in and explained how they work now. Made a huge difference for me. I’m lucky to not have a severe case but it still means that I’m going through something scary and new. Therefore treating everyone with the same importance is imperative. I had full confidence in Mardones and would highly recommend her to anyone else!

Dr Mardones cares for me as a whole person before just a patient with a diagnosis. She spends ample time reviewing every detail with me and my family and listening to all our concerns, as well as recommending a treatment plan from the latest technologies. I was lucky to have Dr Mardones heading the team, and I now have NED! (No evidence of disease)

Because this doctor is so approachable and patient, it made me feel comfortable asking questions and explanations that were repetitive but I had difficulty understanding. She has empathy and warmth that is extraordinary. Patients are in the best of hands when under her care- very thankful she was my doctor.

I feel like she doesn’t really know me after 4 years. My last visit was for my twice yearly check up. I also understood that I was going to get information on a survey they wanted me to participate in. I never received my check up. We were also supposed to talk about my Dexa scan. I felt like the purpose of the visit was only to talk about the study. I also understand that the doctors do get paid for them.
