He is strait forward with his feedback and lays out suggested treatments plainly and understandably. Yet he is very warm and deeply engaged in your specific case and individual needs and circumstances. He demands professionalism and courtesy out of each staff member from scheduling, nurses, lab and infusion nurses and they all respond and step up, you will not find better care in the city.

He is always very considerate and always answers any questions. He is very professional and kind!!

Dr. Moazzam has been my primary cancer doc. for past 3+ years . Currently, at 80+ yrs. old, I'm in my 2nd remission from Hodgkins Disease . Thru it all, [ 24 chemo & immunotherapy treatments ], "Dr. Mo" & his entire team (including infusion nurses) have been both direct & encouraging with their prognosis of my condition. This winter, I'm looking forward to being able to plow snow from our driveway . My wife & I feel greatful that God has blessed us with all the folks at the Lakewood Clinic ..... we truly see them as part of our extended family .

Dr Moazzam is a great oncologist and doctor! Finding out you have cancer is hard, going through chemotherapy, also hard. Dr Moazzam and his staff made this difficult time as easy as possible and I thank them, especially Dr Moazzam. He is very caring and direct, which I appreciate.

I have been seeing Dr Moazzam for several years monitoring a genetic issue. Unrelated to the genetic issue, last summer I developed blood clots in my lungs, and Dr. Moazzam coordinated the treatments/diagnostics to get me through the situation which was quite unsettling-nerve wracking. He led me step by step through a process of blood tests and screens to resolve not only the current issue but to develop a plan of monitoring without panic-or arrogance. He will answer any questions...there are no "stupid" questions for him with your Health. He is a very good doctor, and I would recommend him to anyone with serious health issues.

We were recommended to Dr. Moazzam after my mother had an emergency room visit at St. Anthony in Lakewood. She is elderly, and was scared. In meeting with Dr. Moazzam, I / we expected that we were going to review her past history, the reason for her emergency room visit, and what the next steps were for her care. He entered the room, was abrupt, did not care about her history, did not even examine her, and told her there was nothing that could be done for her. That what she was experiencing was "her new normal" and that she needed to get used to it; and that this is what was going to end her life. I attempted to ask a few questions, yet I could see that it was not worth it. How he is practicing is beyond me, and if we had listened to his recommendations, my mother would be dead by now. Thankfully we did NOT listen, and we found a hematologist who cared, LISTENED, figured out what the actual problem was, and put a plan into action. Now my mother is thriving and ALIVE because of others.

I had stage 3B colorectal cancer. Dr. Moazzam took over my treatment after a surgeon removed the tumor. RMCC provided radiation and chemotherapy. Five years later I am cancer free. Dr. Moazzam and his team are amazing! Thank you Dr. Moazzam!

Dr. Moazzam and his staff have been wonderful to work with as my mother has been treated. Everyone has been great answering our questions, ensuring Mom feels comfortable and the family members that have accompanied her to appointments are included. We particularly appreciate his dry sense of humor and his excellent clinical advice.
