Dr. Aleong and his staff don't watch or take monitoring seriously. When called on the mistakes, he took no ownership of the problem. He was defensive and aggressive which was very unprofessional. He blamed other people and his staff and kept trying to assure me that his team normally does better. There are doctors that demonstrate a lot more caring for their patients. Even if there are mistakes, they try to understand and solve issues. Skip this one.

Dr Aleong went to bat for me with my insurance company after they denied me having my loop recorder replaced. Dr Aleong's staff appealed the decision and thankfully the insurance company reversed their decision and approved my getting another loop recorder. I so appreciate Dr Aleong, Sandy, and any others involved doing everything possible to help me. They all rock! Thank you so much again. I so appreciate all you did. Jo-Ann Wilkins

Excellent bedside manner. Listens, answers all questions, & does not make you feel rushed even though he is quite busy. Confident & passionate about his work & seems genuinely concerned about the patient. Very respectful. Extremely knowledgeable about his field & very well formed about the latest studies of advancements in his field.

I gave Dr Aleong a five star rating for an accurate diagnosis, however he's still performing the necessary steps to give me one, however he is doing everything to try and figure out what is going on. He has been so kind and thorough and that is helping me not get too stressed out. I so appreciate the care he has shown to get an answer to the symptoms I've had. Thank you so much.
