Senior Care-Colorado's Online Review Report Card

Minus zero stars. Relentless calls from these people. My dad passed away months ago and I don't need senior services. Plus he never even lived in Colorado, so I don't know how they got my number. They always call from different numbers. Sometimes it seems like a real person (?) who I try to tell I don't need this but they hang up. Sometimes it's obvious it's a robocall, also hangs up if I try to say something - no matter what I try to say. I don't know how to get off this list! Their phone number doesn't work and any time I've tried to call back someone who calls, the number doesn't work. I will find out who I can report this to. This is now in the category of harassment.

I’ve been going to the PORTER LOCATION for nearly 3 years without any problems. My doctor and his assistant along with the office staff are exceptionally courteous and friendly. I can easily make appointments and my doctor provided me with a direct phone number so I don’t need to go through the switchboard. Having said that, I’m concerned that the company that owns the practice is driving the doctors away. At least four are leaving. This will leave only two doctors in the practice which will result in ridiculous wait times, which I’m not inclined to sit through. I don’t know who the managers are but I’m afraid I will lose my great doctor. Why do medical management companies think they know better than the doctors about how to treat and care for patients. I’ve gone through a similar situation with my eye doctor. He quit due to the substandard care the company wanted him to provide. If that happens here, I’ll be long gone along with most of the other patients. They need to fire the bean counters and provide good service that we relie upon. There is no excuse.

I am going to switch Doctors because Senior Care did not do our Insurance paper work correctly. Because of that we were sent a bill of $611.00 that our Insurance should have paid, but my husband paid it when the bill was sent to us. Weeks later I just happened to catch the mistake. I have been calling and calling and cannot talk to a live person in a timely fashion to get our money back. It is taking me forever to get our money back if we will ever get our money back. I am so frustrated that I must find another Doctor's Office. I have had it with this office. I'm done.

This company is so frustrating to work with. Everything takes 10 times longer and more effort and 10 times more requests to get anything done. I called multiple multiple times all week trying to get someone to help me with the online portal and I am yet to get a call back from anyone. The people who answer the phone love to delegate me to someone else instead of trying to help me with my issue. They are always transferring me to another extension to leave a message. Left 5 different messages for someone to call me back and here we are Friday afternoon on August 24th and still nothing. Shame!!!!

Called on 7/23 and got an appointment for 3:40 on 7/24. I went in, signed in and waited, and waited, while at least 5 people went ahead of me. When Dr Peacock left I asked the desk if I was even going to see a doctor. Response: Oh I thought you were waiting on someone. Another response: I saw you sign in. Seriously?Very disorganized and I am angry

I have been fortunate enough the have been a patient of Senior Care for maybe 12 - 14 years. Dr. Wasserman was great until he retired on me, but Kay Stolcis has been fantastic ever since. She is dedicated, personable, efficient and highly professional. The staff have always been top notch and handled appointments, prescriptions and sometimes complex issues with grace and charm --- even when we patients are hurting and not-so-patient! I am delighted with the service.

You a are so right!!! This is the WORST office I have ever ever dealt with. Dr. Mahdu I don't know how you would allow such negligence to continue to operate in your practice. Grant is awesome, but your medical assistant is the worst she lies about sending papers work and status reports it has taken me 1mobth and 3 weeks to hear about me getting a CPAP. I am reporting this to my insurance. I am finding another practice SHAME ON YOU staff of SENIOR CARE AURORA!!!!

Great! Had to change docs when I turned 65. Dr. Peacock is thorough and so is staff. Excellent rapport!

Horrible!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! They are impossible to reach, go ahead, try to call them, they will not answer the phone and if they do, they are rude. I left this place in tears because of the way one of the P.A.s treated my mom and dad. We were late to our appt. and tried to call to tell them that we were going to be late and of course, no answer. They almost didn' t see my dad when we arrived. We finally talked them into it so they sat us in a room and we waited. My dad is a bigger man and has dementia so he isnt very mobile so we had him in a wheel chair. As we waited, he started slipping out of the chair. When we went to ask for help the P.A. told us he was busy and we were late so we had to wait our turn. Yes, we understood that but does that mean they cant help my dad when he is about to fall? When we complained about this treatment the PA told us to find another physician. We did!
