Dealing with Dr. Simons office has turned into a nightmare. To get a live person on the phone is impossible, it takes at least 3 messages to get a return call. If I have an appointment with Dr. Simon I see 80 % off the time a different provider as Dr Somon doesn't think it's necessary to show up. By now the office doesn't even bother anymore to call a patient to inform them that he will not be in the office. If he is there instead spending time with me he is dictating his notes. Any time I was told we will call you , it never happend.
