My MRI and was really great! Normally I get my anxiety when it getting it done but with the female provider being so friendly so nice putting music on for me kept me really calm!

When I made an appointment with this touchstone imaging they told me over the phone that I would be required to wear a mask, and when I got to the location there were signs saying masks were required but no one (not even the staff) were wearing masks when we asked why they told us that they "ran out and there was nothing they could do". I've been to this location and never had a problem before, but this felt very unprofessional and if that was the case they should have called to let their patients know so that they could assess the risk before going in, especially since some people are immune-compromised.

My imaging tech (Steve?) was the nicest person ever. I've had this cough that won't go away since covid, and my doctor wanted me to get a chest X Ray just to rule out anything serious. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I got a text with official results only 3 days later. And look! Touchstone now uses this cool thing that gives you a patient-friendly report and you can click on words you don't know, and it'll define it for you in English or Spanish :D (I hope I'm allowed to post this haha).

I had been avoiding getting Xrays due to fear. My experience today at Touchstone Imaging Aurora eliminated that fear. Professional, relaxed, caring facility and employees at the front desk and an empathetic technician gave me confidence to follow through with my care and healing.
