Unfair billing practices. My friend is homeless and they are going after them because of a billing error on they end

I had two different insurances (and am still covered by the one that should have covered my blood work!), they only tried one that was pulled out from under me by an employer. Instead of charging the other insurance i have to this day, they've sent my bill to collections though I never received notices anything was due. My credit score is excellent but being impacted because of Quest. Credit reporting is the only reason I found out. You never gave me an option to pay, and quite frankly I owe you nothing- bill my insurance, by all means you are still welcome to. I have no big purchases coming, I'll be making sure this costs you more than what you're trying to nickel and dime from me. Not sure this is lawful. Avoid these crooks. This was for blood work a doctor ordered in. Never again. Not using these thieves for a single thing ever again.

Had appointment this am no one there. Waited 30 minutes. Left no way too run llab. Was to ppen at 7 I was sch for 8:40.

If i could leave 0 stars i would considering i didn't even get helped. i came in for a blood culture at 3:30 and checked in per their machines. about 4 people showed up after me and were helped before me so i checked in again. all of the employees did not speak to me once while i was sitting there and i continued to wait for about an hour and a half. then someone came up to me and said "are you waiting for quest?" and i said yes and they proceeded to tell me that the worker left AN HOUR AGO and that i would have to come back tomorrow. absolutely ridiculous especially because the worker saw me sitting there and didn't say anything. HORRIBLE. take 10 minutes longer and drive to a different locations. shut this place down.

Convenient, but useless, since their "walk in" appointments require you to schedule an appointment, and come back, which I did. I was pre registered and all. Next time I thought I would get around that by scheduling online. Showed up at their designated appointment time to be told I didn't have an appointment. I was told to schedule an appointment. They weren't busy, so I did. It gave me the next appointment time after the 1 I had scheduled online ( 10 minute increments). Not going back. I'll tell the Dr to use LabCorp or someone else. Maybe if the weren't so rude I'd rethink, but no, elsewhere looks fine.

Maria was friendly, competent & efficient, She has helped me in the past & she has excellent customer service skills .

Per their website, first hour is for elderly patients or at risk patients and we were second in line to be bumped by an appointment from someone that was in their 20s. Not really first hour reserved for at risk patients.

The associate admitted they he had a cold, he was coughing and and sniffling. He touched his face with his bare hands which he also used to handle my paperwork and credit card. He did use gloves while carrying out the blood draw though. I did not like the experience because I do not want to get sick. I suggest the company implement rules so sick technicians should not work there until they are better. Everything else about my experience was fine though.
