Vincent Eusterman's Online Review Report Card

I’ve seen many doctors and he was by far the worst. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I have never had proper nasal breathing since early childhood. He told me I should “eat less” and that would fix it. He had no idea if I have an eating disorder and my weight gain was recent from a period of illness. I’d only ever heard of doctors that awful before.

The Dr and his entire staff were so kind to me for the entire procedure process. I am 20 years and got a tonsillectomy today. Everyone in the staff treated me with respect and we joked around with each other. They also helped my boyfriend to know what to do and allowed him to help when he could. Overall my experience put me at ease and was done efficiently with no abnormal side effects thus far.

Dr Eusterman preformed a Frenectomy on my 6 week old son. The other doctor was nervous about doing the procedure because apparently my son's tongue tie was a bit more difficult, but Dr Eusterman had no issues. What stood out to me is he personally called the next day to see how my son was healing, which meant a lot to me. No complaints from me!

Dr. Eusterman did not win my trust, respect or stamp of approval in the short visit I had with him. First, I waited an hour and 15 minutes to see him after arriving early for my appointment. Then, he asked me questions without giving me time to respond, some of which I felt were inappropriate and not associated with my visit. He accused me of using q-tips when I don't even own them (instead of ASKING), and told me I need to stop listening to loud music. Then he said my problem is not treatable.

This man was extremely disrespectful. It took him 3-4 sentences to even introduce himself. He asked questions without waiting for a real response, made accusations instead of asking questions, treated my case as frivilous, rolled his eyes at me multiple times, and shot medication up my nose without asking for my consent or telling me what it was. Once my throat started feeling like it was closing up, I got anxious that I may be allergic. When I asked if it was normal for your throat to swell up, he just said, "It's not swelling." Without an explanation. Then, I said, "Yes, it is." He proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that it was numb because of the medication inhibiting my proprioceptors (ego trip). I was appalled at how he interacted with me in his clinic at Denver Health and would not recommend him to anyone because of his lack of humility and inability to be kind.

I have never experienced a more wonderful doctor. I was rushed to the hospital from Beaver Creek by ambulance with severe nosebleeds. Dr. Eusterman just happened to be there at the hospital...providentially. As frightened as I was, he was reassuring, calm and prayed with me at my request before surgery. I was alone in Denver as I live in Atlanta. He went the extra mile for me at every turn during my stay at the hospital and post op at his office that was after office hours. Outstanding doctor.

Dr. Eusterman carefully and completely answered all questions. He does have a sense of humor which is a plus, especially when the patient is critically ill. My son is his patient. I have the greatest respect and admiration for this physician/surgeon.
