My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Beckerman for many years. She is caring and listens to your issues. She is very thorough in her examinations, and will make time to see you in the event of an emergency. We are very comfortable with and confident in Dr. Beckerman. We recommend her wholeheartedly.

I have been going to this doctor's office for over 10 years and have been never been treated as rudely as Erin Beckerman treated me. She spoke down to me the entire visit, even in front of my child. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of qualified actual MDs in Summit County!

I had not been in awhile. Made an appt. Monday and today Thursday the staff phoned me and and cancelled my appt. stating that I would be considered a new patient so she would not be seeing me. Maybe Monday when I made the appt. they could have told me she would not be seeing me.

Dr Beckerman herself always wonderful during a visit. Ofc mgt fair-responsiveness poor (eg: will not resp to script refill requests) and billing practices not transparent (eg: we don't know how much it will be, you will get a bill or getting the bill after schd regular visit and being charged for a long visit, schd second appt for renewal of prescriptions after regular appt)-seems designed to milk the system. With trend to high ded. plans, issues affect perception of value as a customer
