Dr. Bettenhausen can be very blunt and no-nonsense but she is also very caring, open-minded, and thorough. She takes the time to explain things and to listen, definitely a more holistic doctor, and very respectful of patients' goals and desires.

In my opinion, Dr. Bettenhausen is the laziest and rudest physician I have ever had the displeasure to see. Rather than discuss concerns with me she criticized and scolded me. She has terrible communication skills and avoids doing medical tasks herself. I don't think she cares about her patients at all - at least not this one.

I’ve never been to a doctor like Dr. Bettenhausen. Shocking bad! I came close to I Thought about walking out but then thought maybe she is just having a bad day. Chewed me out and said “why do you people never follow my orders????” I guess it is because it is my body and I am not going to put unnecessary drugs into my system that could harm me. Extremely rude when I asked questions. Save your medical money and go elsewhere.
