Dr.Viola is in a league all her own!Outstanding knowledge in her field, unparalleled patient bedside manner, she listens patiently, never rushes an appointment, and is always willing to make herself available if you have questions or concerns--even between appointments, and timely with her responses! She is the first and only doctor we have ever traveled out of town to see. We are blessed to have her available to us for our dermatology needs and highly recommend her.Thank you Dr.Kate!

We started seeing Dr. Viola when she practiced in Jackson—our hometown. After finding out she moved her practice to Ann Arbor (Art of Dermatology), we didn’t hesitate in making our next dermatology appointments with her. She is by far one of the most empathetic, caring and knowledgeable doctor we’ve ever met! We are just so happy that we are able to keep her as our Dermatologist!

Dr. Viola changed my entire life! I suffered from plaque psoriasis an was so over life, after 7 months I’m 100 percent clear! She will never know how much she truly changed my life ❤️

After my appointment, Dr. Viola said she would do her online portion for Accutane so I could complete my online portion and fill the prescription. A week passed, and I had to call the office to ask about it, bit by then it was too late and I had to wait another month to refill the prescription. Dr. Viola made sure she did her part to override the system to ensure I was able to get my medication!
