Fantastic “customer service” if you can call it that! Honored our appointment time. Didn’t speak down to my 11 year old son, but also respected that I was the mom. I wish he was a gp instead of a specialist. It’s so hard to find a good Dr… I would definitely recommend Dr. Yerrapragada!
