Excellent experience with Dr. Chen and staff. Took my daughter to see him and she honestly had a fun. She enjoyed every part of her visit from the front desk/treasure chest, X-rays, and her exam with Dr. Chen. He made her very comfortable while examining her injury and explaining to her what is next. She didn’t want to leave once it was time.

I love Dr. Chen’s honesty. Bedside manner is wonderful. Plan to get me back to pre injury is exactly what I wanted to hear. Instead of suggesting a steroid shot or jumping right into talks of surgery, process of elimination is what I had in mind and he agreed. Follow through with PT and then go from there. I feel the answer to every other doctor is steroid shot or surgery. Not Dr. Chen and I 1000% appreciated that so much.

Dr. Chen is what I would describe as a "first among equals!" While almost all physicians are well-trained and highly competent, Dr. Chen DAZZLES! From his entry into the exam room to departure, his focus is completely upon "me" his patient, not in the way physicians usually act, but with an honesty, clarity, and style of communication that is almost overwhelming. His warmth, personality, demeanor and confidence left me so impressed as to consider changing my long-term relationships with other physicians!
