Highly competent physician who provides top level care and critical information for choosing the best next step in healthcare. I have multiple long term injuries and Dr. Chen explained the full range of options based on great imaging. Dr. Austen Chen was our well researched 2nd opinion for my right hip arthritis and bone spurs. My first Dr. said I was good for another 10 years and suggested physical therapy. After 22 sessions and no relief from constant pain, I showed my therapist my x-rays. She told me I needed another opinion. During our meeting at Boulder Centre for Orthopedics & Spine, Dr. Chen said there was nothing he could do with my severely damaged hip. After leaving the clinic, my wife said “now that’s a well oiled machine”. My surgery went perfectly and I feel absolutely no pain anymore. At 13 weeks post surgery, I’m back at the rec center working out and I love it.

This office ran very efficiently. My office visit was a total of 45mins, which included diagnostic testing, meeting with Dr Chen, and then treatment. All the staff were very nice. I didn't feel like the visit was rushed, and all my questions were answered. Thank you fur a pleasant experience.
