The first time I have met Dr. Kramer. He clearly explained my issue, my X-rays and my treatment options. He asked questions and listened to my answers. I will probably move forward with the surgery he suggested since there is no other way to fix my issue.

Nothing to do with the BCO doctors, nurses, or on-site office staff but, the 'automated web intake' that they have you do - to fill out all the 'paperwork' prior to the appointment - was a terrible user experience. I sympathize as I have a career of building software but still ... the BCO's IT developer needs a "talking to." With respect to the actual appointment - that was great! Front desk reception, Dr. Chen, "Nell," and all the staff were prompt, friendly, and very clear in communications. I am confident in the care I will get there.

Dr. Chen saw me today, to consult on potential bilateral hip surgery, and to further interpret Xrays, plus inject cortisone, via ultrasound, into my painful hip. He and his PA did an awesome job addressing my multiple questions. .He was caring and patiently talked about multiple issues. He did an excellent job clinically. I am very appreciative of the time that he and his staff devoted to my health care concerns today.
