Diana and Jeremy are incredible DBT facilitators! They have crafted a program that has made impactful differences in my life (as a training DBT participant) as well as other group members. The program they deliver is clear and lean with extremely useful techniques that can be incorporated into life TODAY; and they do so in a loving and supportive manner. Diana is excellent at explaining the lessons and keeping participants on track and Jeremy has the most unique and impactful meditation offerings. I'm grateful to have the opportunity to learn from them.
