Working with Matt was great! I was motivated by this type of nutrition plan. It was very rewarding to see fat loss while maintaining or increasing muscle mass. Meeting with Matt Preston every other week helped me smash through a plateau I'd been stuck at for nearly two years. After failed attempts of blindly downing mass gainers and supplement after supplement, the guidance I received at Colorado Nutrition helped me establish an understanding of what to eat and when to eat it. Went to Colorado Nutrition after they did body-fat testing at my crossfit box. Matt was really knowledgable, walked me through my expectations and desires, and developed a customized plan with a TON of options for each meal. Anytime I had a question, he answered. When my body fat testing came back with weird results, he offered another one for free. For the first time in a long time, I feel like my nutrition is complimenting my fitness goals and the meal plan, with dozens of options, means I won't get bored anytime soon.
