great care with kind people who are experienced and top notch

I have received care from several different medical professionals at KP Baseline Clinic. They have all been very competent, caring, well-informed, and efficient. Their system allows them to share info on my medical history, which is a huge benefit. Clinic visits are the most convenient I've ever experienced. The level of care for the cost is excellent.

The survey is good. However, i was requested to make a follow up appointment with Pediatric Ultrasound and have not been able to reach anyone. I waited almost an hour on call waiting and then was cut off.. this has happened twice. I still don't have an appointment While my care at Kaiser is very good, getting an appointment is a disaster.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care I have received at Baseline Medical Offices. Today it was Dr. Pancetta, and her assistant Cat.

Excellent feedback and response to concerns from routine visits (vaccines, B-well physical, blood tests) to more major concerns such as cancer inspections and tests.

I have been with Kaiser for many years. I see two doctors at the Baseline office in Boulder and they are the reason we go to this office. Dr. Bickford as a general practitioner and Dr. Ellis in optometry are fantastic. It would be impossible to give them too high a rating. Wonderful doctors. I will say, though, that the staff in the eyeglass service area are often not satisfactory. We usually go to the Rock Creek location instead to choose and get fitted for prescription eyeglasses.

Nancy, the pharmacist at this location, was extremely rude and disrespectful toward me.Disgusting service. Try again.

Michael Baum is an amazingly knowledgable Physical Therapist. One of KPs greatest assets.

Great staff, kind, efficient and thorough.The day after a holiday weekend was hard to find an open appointment at any clinic. I appreciated chatting with an online Kaiser doctor, and then her associate looked all over to find a same day appointment for me...I had to drive to Boulder, but I really liked the doctor I saw at Baseline.

My Primary Care PA was very attentive and interactive to my needs and concerns. He was also very encouraging and helpful with what I was doing and with my goals. He honored my choices and spoke in a way that made me feels as though he would support my goals and desires. I would love to have him be my PA and help me reach and obtain my overall health care goals and expectations. He has a very nice and caring demeanor and seems to be a good fit for me.
