Very happy with how everything turned out.
I'm interested. It looks like a wonderful blessed place to work out
The trainers here are the best. They are friendly and fun. I was able to achieve my highest PT score, new PR Deadlift, and new PR Bench.
Training with Will at Core Progression has been a great experience over the past six months. He created a personalized conditioning program aligned with my goals, which really boosted my progress. Will strikes the perfect balance—motivating without being overbearing—and was always flexible with scheduling. The gym is an awesome space, and the friendly dogs and good music make it even better! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and personable trainer, I highly recommend working with Will.
Kirtiss is an incredible trainer! I’ve noticed a huge difference in my body / muscle mass. I am also much more motivated to stay consistent on the days I don’t meet meet with Kirtiss because he has taught me great exercises I can do outside the gymn
Everyone there is awesome, the trainers are both understanding and welcoming, while still challenging and helping you succeed, stay in shape, and meet your goals. The equipment is top-notch, with a variety of things to choose from. Core Progression welcomes all ages and abilities without judgment, and focuses on helping them get stronger. Overall a great place, with great people.
I've been working out here for 7 months, and I love it. It's small, clean, the trainers are skilled and knowledgeable about the body, and it's solely a personal training space, so it never feels overcrowded or chaotic. I've also gained a lot of strength since starting, and they are always mixing it up to meet my goals.
I have had some injuries and surgeries for different joints and became more sedentary and personally neglectful for several years, which created multiple levels of limitations. I am 66 years old now and want to be able to do much more but knew I would probably hurt myself trying to just go to a local gym to workout. Caya is fantastic with regard to personal needs of all of my joints & is getting me back to my old levels of strength and flexibility really fast! I am totally pleased with every personal session we have had and feel GREAT! CJ❣️
Clean and private gym with great equipment! Incredibly smart and thoughtful trainers. Not just gym bro's that like to lift, they’re actually knowledgeable in exercise science. Sam McGill is a great trainer and a good example of someone who individualizes programs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
