Terrible. All they care about is money and not patient convenience. I called in one week before surgery and explained that my surgery time could only be in the morning. They said they would note this in the file and would call me the day before surgery with the exact time. At 1:00PM the day before surgery that hadn't called so I called in requesting the time. They gave me 2:15PM. I told them I could not make that as my wife (driver) was only available in the AM. They said that was too bad but you will have to pay a $500 Cancellation fee. They would not even entertain rescheduling me. They care more about lining their pockets than they do about their patients.

Dr. Master asked detailed questions about my wrists and the reason for my visit, proposed some next steps, and set me up with someone who assisted me in scheduling the next appointment to move forward. We are in the phase of problem-solving at this point to better determine what is happening, and I appreciated his approach and efficiency.

I was told by trauma center at another place that my finger was broken. Dr Masters determined it was a sprain and what to do. I might need surgery. But he operated on my husband before and I trust him completely.
