Dr. Dolbeare is great! I’ve had a shoulder done by him in the past so I’m already familiar with him. The only hiccup today was that they were running behind, so I had to wait for over a half an hour before I saw him. Today was an exception as I’ve never had to wait long with appointments in the past. Dr Dolbeare has a great personality so it was very easy to communicate with him about the issues with my shoulder. My appointments with him are never rushed so I always feel we are on the same page for the upcoming surgery. I would highly recommend him to anybody having orthopedic issues.

I have been seeing Dr. Dolbeare for 5 years now for various orthopedic ‘events’. He almost makes me want to have more issues so that I can continue to work with him. He is engaging, understanding, curious, and focuses on what I want as an outcome. He has never said, here’s your issue and here’s how we’re going to fix it. It’s explained, discussed and you are part of equation in how you should be treated. All that aside… he is a tremendous Surgeon. I have recommended 3 people and they all enjoyed their engagement.
