Identified a dry eye treatment to really help
I got there early, saw a Dr bc I am in my 60s. He did not dialate, did not take a picture of the back of my eye, then left the room without a goodbye, I had to find him to ask a question. I still have questions! The bill is 3 times what an optometrist charges, for the same work and no real eye exam for any degenerative problems. Do t waste your time & money here. I will never return. Called the business office and was told to go online. Yuck
DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. This is the worst eye doctor I have ever been to in my life, he doesn't care about his patients what so ever. He didn't take the time to speak with me ask about my overall health. He flipped through everything so quickly I felt overwhelmed. I asked a question and e barely took time to answer. He never gave me a glasses prescription, I had to ask for one and then found out my astigmatism which I have had for over 20 years magically is no more. They also damaged my glasses while trying to see the prescription no surprise as he had them in his hands while opening the door. My glasses are no bent and damaged because of their incompetence. They pump you in and out without any interest in why you are there. As previsouly mentioned I wouldn't be surprised if they are involved in medical billing fraud. I would avoid this practice at all costs.
Drive-through style, bare-minimum, eye doctor visit. I would not recommend. They spend less than 15 minutes to do a eye and contact lens exam. They do the absolute bare-minimum. No interest in your medical history or concerns. Minimal dialogue. They just pump you in and out. I can't believe a Medical Hospital allows a doctor like this to be part of it. I will not be returning. I do not recommend.
This was probably the poorest healthcare experience I've ever had. Dr McCormack seemed to want to just get the appointment over with and out of the exam room as fast as possible. I've had glasses/contacts for 20 years and have had annual eye check-ups and it barely felt like he checked my prescription as a new patient. And he asked me to call back in with some of my previous prescription info for my contacts so that they could give me a prescription for me to order my contacts but also insisted I use their contact person. His office also billed me for added exams even though this was supposed to be my regular exam that's covered my insurance. I would not recommend unless you're looking for the shortest ophthalmology appointment of your life.
Dr. McCormack has always been very nice, excellent professionally, has great advice and provides thorough eye exams.
He's a fine person but I have a feeling isn't up to date on the most recent developments in his specialty.
In my opinion this Doctor and his medical practice are engaged in medical billing fraud. I've reported them to the BBB and Colorado Department of regulatory agencies. I would avoid this practice at all costs, they are fraudsters in my opinion.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
