The late policy is used to bludgeon patients. I had fasted for 10 hours, was 5 minutes late to the appointment, and asked to reschedule. As a busy person with kids and a job, it's not easy to be perfectly on time. But 5 minutes late? This is indicative of someone that should not be dealing with customers. Avoid. There are a lot of other better doctors.

Dr. Longenecker is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my mother who asks a LOT of questions. The staff is also very helpful and friendly! Thank you for taking good care of my mom!

I waited for three weeks for my appointment with Dr. Longenecker to take place. My PCP had closed her practice for family, personal matters which saddened me because we had such a wonderful Dr. patient relationship. As things began to unfold during my two way interview with Dr. Longenecker it became clear to me that the Doctor had all ready decided that having me as her patient wasn’t going to happen and she should have said so right up front, instead of leading me to tell her that “ I “ felt we weren’t compatible. I think how Dr. Longenecker handled this situation was dishonest !

All around exceptional experience. Dr. Longenecker went above and beyond, and was very compassionate. The office staff is polite and efficient, and went the extra mile to be helpful. Highly recommend.

The worst doctor ever. No bueno.

Dr. Longenecker took over a week to get back to me with blood test results and refused to upload results to a patient portal, resulting in a frustrating game of phone tag. It's a shame because while I enjoyed our in-person visit, her outdated use of technology made for a poor patient experience
