Great doctor, very patient and reasonable. Always explains options/nuances to help me understand what's going on. I'm somewhat a hypochondriac and tent do go visit him a bunch of times a year and never ever have I been made feel bad about it (not without a reason at least).

Don’t bother calling. Disconnected SEVEN TIMES over the course of two days trying to get in touch about an emergency visit, with extremely rude help each time. My best friend is a patient of Dr. Harold’s and liked him just fine for being the only doctor in town covered by his healthcare plan. He has a pinched nerve and has already gone to the emergency room with bills adding up due to back pain. He simply wanted to get in touch with Dr. Harold to seek medical advice or receive an emergency appointment. Absolutely no sympathy for a patient in immense pain, terrible phone system that keeps hanging up on patients, and no way to schedule online. I am blown away that it is this difficult to get medical attention at affordable rates with kind care. Those of us who can not afford top tier medical care should not have to only resort to incredibly high emergency room costs when we’re in unbearable pain. Thanks for nothing, I will continue to try to help my friend without this office offering any reprieve. He already has emergency room bills adding up, has had to call off of work for multiple days, and has no hope of sympathy from his own primary care office. Wow.

He is an outstanding physician. He saved my life making an early diagnosis. Very honest, straight-forward, intelligent approach to medicine. Does not over prescribe medications. I think he is the best physician I have ever had, and I am pushing 78 years old. He always takes the time to explain and answers questions. When with him, you are treated as the only patient in the office.
