I would absolutely very highly recommend Dr. Banks. She has been a god-send to me this past year. She is a great listener and is extremely thorough, which I appreciate. She makes sure to get down to the bottom of the problem and get it solved! She's so easy to talk to, and I never feel rushed. She, in fact, makes me feel like a friend. Sometimes I almost call her Heather because I feel like a friend, but I won't, because I respect her so much! Thanks, Dr. Banks! :)
